PORT AUGUSTUS, PARNELL
This proposed pop-up development is a nod to the historically industrial nature of Beach Road, The Strand and Shipwright Lane along the former harbour foreshore. The site sits to the north-east of Fraser Park and comprises of numerous modified shipping containers which will offer hospitality, retail and local amenity to the area's ever-increasing population of residents and workers.
The development will capitalise on the expansive views from the site towards the city, Sky Tower and Spark Arena and is set to become a new drawcard to the area.
20-22 VICTORIA ROAD, DEVONPORT
This development involved the repurposing and extension of a former retail bank into a stylish and modern world-class medical centre in the heart of Devonport. The project is an excellent example of how we worked closely with our tenant to adapt and extend the available space to suit their requirements and meet the needs of their patients.
594-598 MANUKAU ROAD, EPSOM
This development seamlessly blends a 100 year-old historic facade with striking contemporary design. Located in the heart of Epsom, the building with its bold concrete formwork and angular design is a stunning addition to the Greenwoods Corner business centre. Focused from the outset on making a statement whilst sitting comfortably within a historic neighbourhood, the attention to detail and commitment to quality speaks for itself.
