ST MARYS BAY
This 17-month redevelopment began in Q1 of 2024 and involves the substantial alteration of a period villa which will triple the size of the existing building footprint and encompasses the addition of new outbuildings. Works to the villa include the construction of a seamlessly integrated period-style ground floor beneath the original building together with a large modern extension to the rear. The property will also be extensively landscaped with terraced gardens to the front of the site and a courtyard garden to the rear.
GREY LYNN
This refurbishment involved the reconfiguration of a 1930s bungalow into a modern, fit-for-purpose, design-led home.
